Beautifully Stressed

Spring Break is just around the corner but yet it seems so far away. Midterms are coming up and sleep is non-existent. It's hard being a studious college student; however, that doesn't mean you have to look like a tired studious student. Sleep deprivation is a real thing and so are dark circles. Here are few tips to keep a beautiful refreshed appearance. Whether guy or girl if you are a student running on 3 hours of sleep and coffee, I recommend having a short facial routine right before you get "so called sleep".

TIPS:

I. Moisturize! Moisturizing your skin is such a key part to maintaining refreshed looking skin. It helps prevent fine lines depending on the moisturizer as well as limits the appearance of dark circles.

II. Weekly facial masks! Everyone needs a break at some point. Take one....at least twice a week to rejuvenate your skin. There are a variety of facial mask options whether a exfoliating mask or peel off they all leave your skin feeling amazing.

III. I highly recommend investing in a cooling eye cream and eye mask. Depending on your living status just having that extra layer of darkness to help you rest soundly can make a difference in your appearance.

IV. Diet is an important factor as well. What you feed your body affects how your body feels. If your busy like I am, healthy snacking is a great way to help your body keep up with daily activities. Water is the key to success! It detoxifies the toxins within your body and assist in clearing skin. As studious students we are all well aware of stress breakouts.

These are just a few tips that have helped me maintain a refreshed look while having to manage a lot. Time may be limited for some but just a few minutes doing a facial routine every night or every other night can make a drastic difference. --Check out my You-tube channel and watch how exfoliate after a long day. https://youtu.be/CGnOXfsTJR4
